Compared to last week, slaughter cows traded 3.00 to 5.00 higher. Slaughter bulls traded steady. Demand was good on a light supply of slaughter cattle. Replacement supply was moderate with moderate demand on a few groups of bred cows and pairs.
Supply included: 76% Slaughter Cattle (86% Cows, 14% Bulls); 24% Replacement Cattle (21% Stock Cows, 40% Bred Cows, 9% Bred Heifers, 31% Cow-Calf Pairs).
