Compared to last week, slaughter cows and bulls traded 1.00 to 3.00 higher. Demand was moderate on a light supply of slaughter cattle. Bred cows and pairs were scarce this week following the replacement cattle special on Saturday night at the SLMC.
Supply included: 80% Slaughter Cattle (92% Cows, 8% Bulls); 20% Replacement Cattle (38% Stock Cows, 15% Bred Cows, 48% Bred Heifers).
