Market Notes

Compared to last week, three and four weight steers traded with a firm undertone, and steers over 500lbs traded with a weak undertone on a very light test. Feeder heifers under 650lbs traded steady to 2.00 lower and heifers over 650lbs were not well tested. Supply was very light this week, with rain and thunderstorms in the area throughout the day. A large number of receipts offered were dairy steers the remainder of the offering came in small packages of feeders. Demand was moderate to light.
