Compared to two weeks ago, feeder steers sold steady to 3.00 higher. Heifers were not well tested today. Breaking and Boning slaughter cows sold 4.00 to 5.00 higher, while Lean cows sold 2.00 to 3.00 higher. Slaughter bulls not tested. Demand was good on light to moderate supply of feeders.

Supply included: 79% Feeder Cattle (78% Steers, 21% Heifers, 1% Bulls); 7% Slaughter Cattle (92% Cows, 8% Bulls); 13% Replacement Cattle (80% Bred Cows, 10% Bred Heifers, 5% Cow-Calf Pairs, 5% Heifer Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 78%.
