Compared to last week, feeder steers sold steady to 3.00 higher, with some yearlings as much as 13.00 higher. Heifers sold uneven from 4.00 lower to 3.00 higher. Slaughter cows sold steady to 4.00 lower and bulls sold steady to 2.00 lower.
Supply included: 85% Feeder Cattle (50% Steers, 2% Dairy Steers, 43% Heifers, 5% Bulls); 13% Slaughter Cattle (93% Cows, 7% Bulls); 2% Replacement Cattle (42% Stock Cows, 49% Bred Cows, 9% Bred Heifers). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 52%.
