Market Notes

Compared to last week, steer calves and yearlings 2.00-4.00 higher. Spayed heifers mostly steady on all weights and classes. Trade active, demand good. Bulk of supply consisted of steers and spayed heifers weighing 300-800 lbs. Included in the supply today were several lots of fancy, thin, reputation steers and spayed heifers. All cattle sold were of Mexican Origin. Due to Easter Holiday, no sale next week. Next sale will be April 22nd.
