Compared to last week: Steer calves and feeders mostly 3.00-5.00 lower. Heifer calves and feeders mostly 2.00-5.00 lower except a few 300400 lbs. 4.00 higher. Slaughter cows steady to 1.00 lower, bulls steady. Trade moderate to active, demand moderate.
Supply included: 81% Feeder Cattle (29% Steers, 43% Heifers, 28% Bulls); 14% Slaughter Cattle (68% Cows, 32% Bulls); 5% Replacement Cattle (67% Bred Cows, 33% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 30%.
