Compared to last week: Steer and heifer calves sold 3.00-5.00 higher. Feeder steers and heifers sold steady 1.00-2.00higher. Slaughter cows and bulls sold 1.00-2.00 higher. Trade was active and demand was good.
Supply included: 80% Feeder Cattle (50% Steers, 43% Heifers, 7% Bulls); 15% Slaughter Cattle (88% Cows, 12% Bulls); 5% Replacement Cattle (29% Stock Cows, 53% Bred Cows, 18% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 17%.
