Compared to last week, all classes of replacement dairy cows sold firm and with good demand overall. Replacement heifers sold firm on a light test this week, with moderate overall demand. Buyer attendance was heavy for todays sale, with a moderate supply of cows and a light supply of heifers. Demand overall was good.
Supply included: 100% Replacement Dairy Cattle (54% Fresh/Milking Cows, 26% Bred Cows, 11% Springer Cows, 0% Bred Heifers, 6% Springer Heifers, 3% Open Heifers).
