Compared to last week, Supreme fresh milking cows sold weak with all other classes of fresh milking cows selling steady to 50.00 higher. Bred cows and Springer cows sold weak on a light comparison for the replacement cow sale. Buyer demand for the cow sale was moderate on a light supply. Bred heifers sold weak with Springer heifers selling strong. Open heifers sold weak on a light comparison. Buyer demand was moderate on a moderate supply for the replacement heifer sale.
Supply included: 100% Replacement Dairy Cattle (26% Fresh/Milking Cows, 2% Bred Cows, 2% Springer Cows, 37% Bred Heifers, 24% Springer Heifers, 9% Open Heifers, 1% Bulls).
