Compared to last week, steer and heifer calves sold mostly steady, with 500-600 lb steers 2.00-3.00 higher. Feeder steers traded 2.00-5.00 higher on comparable sales. Feeder heifers steady to 1.00 higher. Slaughter cows mostly steady to 1.00 higher, and slaughter bulls steady to 1.00 higher on limited receipts.

Supply included: 85% Feeder Cattle (54% Steers, 44% Heifers, 1% Bulls); 6% Slaughter Cattle (85% Cows, 15% Bulls); 9% Replacement Cattle (94% Bred Cows, 6% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 26%.
