Compared to last week steers 450-500 lbs. were 3.50 higher, while the 500-700 lb. steers sold 3.00-5.50 lower. The 700-750 lb. steers were 2.00 higher and those over 750 lbs. ended 4.00-5.50 lower. Heifers under 550 lbs. were 10.00 lower, while the 550-700 lb. heifers were 1.506.00 lower. Heifers over 700 lbs. were 1.00 higher. Several groups of good quality heifers sold as replacements. Trade was active and demand was moderate to good for the moderate offerings.
