Compared to last week: Slaughter cows and bulls sold steady to 2.00 lower. Feeder classes sold mostly 2.00 to 5.00 lower. Demand was moderate with moderate to heavy offerings, average quality and moderate buyer interest and market activity.

Supply included: 77% Feeder Cattle (37% Steers, 0% Dairy Steers, 45% Heifers, 17% Bulls, 0% Dairy Heifers); 12% Slaughter Cattle (85% Cows, 15% Bulls); 2% Replacement Cattle (40% Bred Cows, 60% Cow-Calf Pairs); 4% Slaughter Sheep/Lambs (1% Shorn, 9% Wooled, 58% Hair Breeds, 12% Ewes, 15% Hair Ewes, 2% Bucks, 3% Hair Bucks); 5% Slaughter Goats (56% Kids, 22% Nannies/Does, 16% Bucks/Billies, 6% Wethers). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 36%.
