Compared to two weeks ago, there were too few head to establish an adequate market comparison, however a higher undertone was noted especially for slaughter cattle. Demand was good; market activity and buyer interest were active. Offerings of cattle were light. Cattle quality was average. Baby calves ranged 75.00 to 140.00 per head.

Supply included: 54% Feeder Cattle (19% Steers, 47% Heifers, 34% Bulls); 38% Slaughter Cattle (95% Cows, 5% Bulls); 3% Slaughter Sheep/Lambs (100% Ewes); 5% Slaughter Goats (17% Kids, 17% Nannies/Does, 67% Bucks/Billies). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 33%.
