Compared to last week: Feeder steers not well tested in early rounds. Steer calves opening 6.00-10.00 higher. Feeder heifers opening steady to 3.00 higher. Heifer calves 5.00-10.00 higher. Demand very good for all classes. Temperatures remain very hot, however chances of rain are back in the forecast. Outlook is a little more bullish. Slaughter cattle prices improved last week and grain futures opening sharply lower pushing feeder futures higher.
