Compared to last week: Feeder steers and heifers not well tested in early rounds, few sales opening steady to weak. Steer and heifer calves lightly tested and a firm undertone is noted. Some new crop calves beginning to show. Cool weather continues to hold strong with temps only reaching the mid sixties when the norm should be 80.
