Compared to last week: Slaughter cows 7.00 to 10.00 higher. Slaughter bulls steady to 2.00 higher. Supply included 335 cows and bulls with 65% going to the packers. Demand was moderate to active on the slaughter cattle and active on the better quality replacement cattle.
Supply included: 17% Feeder Cattle (100% Steers); 54% Slaughter Cattle (81% Cows, 19% Bulls); 29% Replacement Cattle (13% Stock Cows, 45% Bred Cows, 42% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 0%.
