Compared to last week: Slaughter cows and bulls mostly steady. Demand was moderate. There was a special bull and female sale at Woodard today after the regular auction selling approximately 22 2 year old bulls and 76 replacement females. Demand was good for the bulls and young replacement quality females.
Supply included: 25% Feeder Cattle (100% Heifers); 52% Slaughter Cattle (82% Cows, 18% Bulls); 23% Replacement Cattle (50% Bred Cows, 50% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 0%.
