Compared to last week no comparisons made on feeder cattle due to limited comparable sales, slaughter cows and slaughter bulls 3.00 higher. Moderate offering of average quality cattle with active buyer participation.
Supply included: 80% Feeder Cattle (37% Steers, 0% Dairy Steers, 42% Heifers, 21% Bulls); 10% Slaughter Cattle (85% Cows, 15% Bulls); 3% Replacement Cattle (12% Stock Cows, 60% Bred Cows, 24% Cow-Calf Pairs, 4% Bulls); 3% Slaughter Goats (48% Kids, 12% Nannies/Does, 40% Bucks/Billies); 2% Feeder Pigs (100% Pigs); 3% Slaughter Hogs (74% Barrows & Gilts, 26% Sows). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 11%.
