Compared to last week feeder steers and heifers were steady to 2.00 lower. Feeder bulls were 2.00 to 4.00 higher. Slaughter cows were 2.00 higher. Slaughter bulls were 5.00 higher. Average offerings of average quality cattle with active buyer participation.
Supply included: 77% Feeder Cattle (36% Steers, 43% Heifers, 20% Bulls); 14% Slaughter Cattle (85% Cows, 15% Bulls); 1% Replacement Cattle (40% Stock Cows, 60% Bred Cows); 7% Slaughter Goats (61% Kids, 29% Nannies/Does, 7% Bucks/Billies, 4% Wethers); 1% Slaughter Hogs (100% Barrows & Gilts). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 13%.
