Compared to last week all classes of feeder cattle 2.00 lower based on limited comparable sales, slaughter cows 2.00 lower, slaughter bulls too few to trend. Light offering of average quality cattle with active buyer participation.
Supply included: 75% Feeder Cattle (23% Steers, 41% Heifers, 36% Bulls); 10% Slaughter Cattle (83% Cows, 17% Bulls); 3% Replacement Cattle (56% Stock Cows, 22% Bred Cows, 22% Cow-Calf Pairs); 11% Slaughter Hogs (23% Barrows & Gilts, 77% Sows). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 10%.
