Compared to last week: Trend not applicable on steers up to 1000 lbs. due to light numbers, Steers 1000-1150 lbs. sold 1.00-5.00 higher. A higher undertone was noted on heifers up to 850 lbs. Heifers 850-1000 lbs. were 2.00-6.00 higher. Demand was good with many load lots in heavier feeders. Lighter thin fleshed feeders brought top dollar. The next feeder cattle auction will be June 2nd, expecting 2500 head of feeders, starting at 9:00 am. "Have a safe and enjoyable Memorial Weekend"
