Compared to two weeks ago: A higher undertone was noted on steers up to 800 lbs. steers 800-850 lbs. were 4.00 higher, steers 850-900 lbs. were 7.00 higher, steers 950-1050 lbs. were 2.00 higher. Feeder heifers 600-650 lbs. were 6.00 higher, heifers 700-950 were 1.00-3.00 higher, heifers 1000-1050 lbs. were 4.00 higher. Demand was good, with many large lots in todays offering. Buyers could fill large pens with one mans feeders. The next feeder cattle auction will be July 15th, expecting 3500 head of feeders, starting at 9:00 am.
