Compared to last week: A higher undertone was noted on steers up to 750 lbs. Steers 750-1000 lbs. sold 3.00-7.00 higher, a steady undertone was noted on steers over 1000 lbs. Heifers 650-750 lbs. sold 2.00-7.00 higher, Heifers 750-950 lbs. sold unevenly steady. Heifers 950-1000 lbs. sold 4.00 higher. Demand was good, with many load lots in todays offering. Live futures at 1.22 gave support of the feeder cattle market . Grain prices drop again today. The next feeder cattle auction will be June 24th, expecting 3000 head of feeders, starting at 9:00 am.
