Compared to last week: best test on steers 700 to 750 lbs mostly steady with other weight classes of steers not well compared. Best test on heifers 600 to 750 lbs steady to 2.00 lower. Moderate to good demand for today's offering of packages and loads. Similar to last week, quality varied quite a bit, from plain to attractive, many plain to average cattle again this week. Flesh ranged from light to heavy. A moderate market with a limited crowd of buyers and farmer feeders again this week. Cold wind chills expected for tonight and tomorrow with much warmer weather expected for next week. Many producers are starting to calve and will welcome better weather. Watch local listings for the next feeder cattle sale.
