Compared to last week: Feeder steers and heifers unevenly steady, except feeder heifers 450-500 lbs up 10.00. Demand for this light offering of attractive feeder cattle was good. Receipts this week were light again due to the frigid temperatures across the country. Flesh conditions were good. Slaughter Breaker cows 2.00 higher, Boner and Lean cows sold with higher undertones in a light test. Slaughter Bulls steady in a light test.

Supply included: 82% Feeder Cattle (63% Steers, 37% Heifers); 18% Slaughter Cattle (95% Cows, 5% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 75%.
