Compared to last week: best test on steers 900 to 950 lbs mostly steady with other weight classes of steers and heifers not well compared. Moderate to good demand for this lighter offering of yearlings. A couple strings of steers off grass as well as loads and packages on offer including quite a few tested open heifers. Quality less attractive than last week with more plain to average cattle included in today's offering. Flesh varied, from light to moderate plus. A moderate to active market with the normal crowd of buyers attending the sale. Next feeder cattle sale is Friday, September 30, expecting 4000 head.

Supply included: 100% Feeder Cattle (90% Steers, 10% Heifers). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 100%.
