Compared to last week: Stocker and feeder steers sold mostly steady. Stocker and feeder heifers sold steady to 4.00 lower. Slaughter cows sold steady to 4.00 lower. Slaughter bulls were not well tested. Supply was light with good demand overall.
Supply included: 76% Feeder Cattle (22% Steers, 41% Heifers, 37% Bulls); 19% Slaughter Cattle (77% Cows, 23% Bulls); 5% Replacement Cattle (8% Stock Cows, 50% Bred Cows, 42% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 11%.
