Compared to last week: Stocker and feeder steers sold steady to 4.00 lower. Stocker and feeder heifers sold 3.00 to 4.00 lower. Slaughter cows sold mostly steady. Slaughter bulls sold mostly 5.00 lower on a light test. Supply was moderate with good demand on most classes of cattle.
Supply included: 82% Feeder Cattle (36% Steers, 36% Heifers, 28% Bulls); 11% Slaughter Cattle (84% Cows, 16% Bulls); 7% Replacement Cattle (44% Stock Cows, 56% Bred Cows). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 11%.
