Compared to last week: Feeder steers sold 5.00-8.00 higher, Feeder heifers sold 1.00-6.00, mostly 3.00 higher. Feeder supply included over 450 hd of exceptional calves straight off the cow. Slaughter cows sold steady, Slaughter bulls not well tested.
Supply included: 96% Feeder Cattle (60% Steers, 36% Heifers, 5% Bulls); 3% Slaughter Cattle (89% Cows, 11% Bulls); 1% Replacement Cattle (33% Stock Cows, 50% Bred Cows, 17% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 27%.
