Compared to last week: On a very light test and with some classes not represented, Feeder steers 400-500 lbs sold 2.00 lower, 500-600 lb sold 2.00 higher. Feeder heifers under 600 lbs sold steady to 5.00 higher, over 600 lbs sold 5.00 lower. Slaughter cows sold 1.00 lower, Slaughter bulls not tested.
Supply included: 71% Feeder Cattle (29% Steers, 49% Heifers, 22% Bulls); 21% Slaughter Cattle (85% Cows, 15% Bulls); 8% Replacement Cattle (50% Stock Cows, 50% Bred Cows). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 20%.
