Compared to last week: Feeder steers under 600 lbs sold steady to 7.00 higher, over 600 lbs not well tested. Feeder heifers under 400 lbs sold 3.00 lower, 400-500 lb weights sold 1.00 higher, over 500 lb weights sold 1.00-4.00 lower. Slaughter cows and bulls sold 8.00 lower.
Supply included: 80% Feeder Cattle (53% Steers, 40% Heifers, 7% Bulls); 8% Slaughter Cattle (95% Cows, 5% Bulls); 12% Replacement Cattle (11% Stock Cows, 49% Bred Cows, 11% Bred Heifers, 26% Cow-Calf Pairs, 3% Heifer Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 16%.
