Compared to last week: The better steers under 700 lbs 5.00-10.00 higher and the plainer kind and bulls 1.00-5.00 higher. The better heifers under 600 lbs 2.00-5.00 higher 600-700 lbs and plainer kind steady to 2.00 higher. Most of the offering was weaned cattle with some of them being Value Added with two rounds of shots. Cows and bulls not reported due to time limits.
Supply included: 92% Feeder Cattle (55% Steers, 40% Heifers, 4% Bulls); 6% Slaughter Cattle (100% Cows); 2% Replacement Cattle (100% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 37%.
