Compared to last week: Feeder steers mostly 1.00-4.00 lower except the better 500-600 lbs steady to 3.00 higher. Feeder heifers 1.00-5.00 lower. Quality of most feeders not as good as last week. Slaughter cows and bulls steady to 2.00 lower.
Supply included: 68% Feeder Cattle (38% Steers, 43% Heifers, 19% Bulls); 20% Slaughter Cattle (81% Cows, 19% Bulls); 11% Replacement Cattle (8% Stock Cows, 42% Bred Cows, 14% Bred Heifers, 36% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 24%.
