Compared to last week: Feeder steers sold mostly 1.00 - 6.00 higher. Feeder heifers sold steady to 5.00 higher. Slaughter cows sold 7.00 - 10.00 lower. Slaughter bulls sold 9.00 - 11.00 lower. Cattle was plain to average, with groupings of attractive offerings. Today's cow sale offered cow calf pairs, bred cows, and stock cows. Buyer activity was moderate.

Supply included: 61% Feeder Cattle (15% Steers, 48% Heifers, 37% Bulls); 19% Slaughter Cattle (88% Cows, 12% Bulls); 20% Replacement Cattle (12% Stock Cows, 52% Bred Cows, 1% Bred Heifers, 30% Cow-Calf Pairs, 5% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 10%.
