Compared to two weeks ago: Feeder steers sold mostly steady to 12.00 higher, with one exception, steers averaging 526 lbs. sold 6.00 lower. Number one feeder heifers sold steady to 5.00 higher, while number two feeder heifers sold 1.00 - 4.00 lower. Slaughter cows sold steady to to 4.00 higher. Slaughter bulls not well tested due to limited comparable offerings. Some value added cattle sold at a premium. Supply and demand was good with many attractive offerings.

Supply included: 84% Feeder Cattle (35% Steers, 45% Heifers, 20% Bulls); 8% Slaughter Cattle (89% Cows, 11% Bulls); 9% Replacement Cattle (19% Stock Cows, 64% Bred Cows, 15% Cow-Calf Pairs, 1% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 25%.
