Compared to last week, slaughter cows holding mostly steady overall, with no comparisons available for slaughter bulls and feeder classes due to limited comparable receipts, however, a higher undertone was noted for feeder steers and heifers.
Supply included: 67% Feeder Cattle (11% Steers, 42% Heifers, 46% Bulls, 1% Dairy Heifers); 31% Slaughter Cattle (88% Cows, 12% Bulls); 3% Replacement Cattle (100% Bred Cows). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 16%.
