Compared to last week, based on a heavier test this week with strong demand noted, feeder heifers weighing over 400 lbs. and feeder bulls measuring 6.00 higher overall with heifers weighing up to 400 lbs. sharply higher. No comparisons available for feeder steers due to limited comparable receipts from last week, however, a higher undertone was noted. Slaughter cows gauging 3.00 to 5.00 lower overall with slaughter bulls 2.00 to 4.00 higher.

Supply included: 75% Feeder Cattle (18% Steers, 44% Heifers, 39% Bulls); 20% Slaughter Cattle (1% Dairy Steers, 83% Cows, 16% Bulls); 4% Replacement Cattle (73% Bred Cows, 5% Bred Heifers, 23% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 26%.
