Compared to last week, slaughter steers were 1.00 to 3.00 higher and slaughter heifers were 2.00 to 4.00 higher with good value on high quality steers and heifers. Holstein slaughter steers were 3.00 to 4.00 higher this week. Cows had instances of higher/lower with bulls 2.00 to 3.00 higher today. Feeder steers were steady to frim and feeder heifers were 3.00 to 12.00 higher and feeder bulls sharply higher.

Supply included: 25% Feeder Cattle (32% Steers, 58% Heifers, 11% Bulls); 75% Slaughter Cattle (35% Steers, 2% Dairy Steers, 34% Heifers, 23% Cows, 6% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 55%.
