Compared to last week, slaughter steers and heifers were 4.00 to 5.00 higher on higher quality steers and heifers with active bidding. Holstein slaughter steers were 1.00 higher. Cows had instances of higher/lower with bulls 5.00 higher. Feeder steers were trending higher with feeder heifers were steady to higher and feeder bulls 3.00 higher with lighter weight bulls sharply higher.

Supply included: 18% Feeder Cattle (38% Steers, 33% Heifers, 29% Bulls); 82% Slaughter Cattle (39% Steers, 4% Dairy Steers, 32% Heifers, 22% Cows, 3% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 42%.
