Compared to last week, slaughter steers were 1.00 higher with slaughter heifers 1.00 to 2.00 higher with a good offering of good quality steers and heifers today,- Holstein slaughter steers were measurably lower this week. Cows and bulls had instances of higher/lower this week. Feeder steers and heifers were trending lower with feeder bulls too few last week to compare today.

Supply included: 25% Feeder Cattle (18% Steers, 57% Heifers, 25% Bulls); 75% Slaughter Cattle (54% Steers, 4% Dairy Steers, 27% Heifers, 11% Cows, 3% Bulls, 1% Bullocks). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 54%.
