Compared to last week, Steers under 500 lbs there was no test, steers 500 to 600 lbs were 5.00 to 9.00 lower, 600 to 650 lb steers were 3.00 higher, steers 650 to 950 lbs were steady to 4.00 lower and over 950 lb steers were 5.00 higher. Heifers under 650 lbs were 1.00 to 5.00 higher, 650 to 700 lb heifers were 1.50 lower, heifers 700 to 900 lbs were steady to 2.50 higher, and over 900 lb heifers were 4.00 lower on a limited test. The supply was light due to previous weeks large offering and poor weather conditions for transporting livestock. Demand was moderate.
