Compared to last week; Feeder steers not enough comparable cattle for a market test, with a lower undertone noted. Feeder heifers 10.00 to 12.00 lower. Steer and heifer calves mostly 5.00 to 15.00 lower. Quality fair to attractive with several new crop, fleshy calves on hand selling to weak demand. Slaughter cows 2.00 to 8.00 lower. Slaughter bulls 1.00 lower. A total of 584 cows and bulls sold with 90 percent going to packers.

Supply included: 79% Feeder Cattle (40% Steers, 43% Heifers, 17% Bulls); 19% Slaughter Cattle (95% Cows, 5% Bulls); 2% Replacement Cattle (88% Bred Cows, 13% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 44%.
