Compared to last week steer and heifer calves and yearlings firm to 2.00 higher. Slaughter cows firm, instances 2.00 higher; slaughter bulls firm. Stock cows and pairs slightly higher. Trading fairly active, demand good. Rain throughout the area improved interest in all classes. Quality more attractive than past several weeks.

Supply included: 74% Feeder Cattle (52% Steers, 47% Heifers, 1% Bulls); 16% Slaughter Cattle (93% Cows, 7% Bulls); 10% Replacement Cattle (57% Stock Cows, 10% Bred Cows, 33% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 12%.
