Compared to last week steer and heifer calves and yearlings steady. Plainer cattle continue to face resistance. Slaughter cows and bulls steady. Stock cows and pairs firm.. Trading and demand moderate. The area continues to be very dry and little moisture is predicted.
Supply included: 81% Feeder Cattle (46% Steers, 44% Heifers, 10% Bulls); 9% Slaughter Cattle (89% Cows, 11% Bulls); 10% Replacement Cattle (80% Stock Cows, 8% Bred Cows, 13% Bred Heifers). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 45%.
