Compared to last week, steers and heifers sold 2.00-7.00 lower with most of the male calves coming in as still bulls. Slaughter cows and bulls sold 2.00 lower; Demand lower and supply moderate.
Supply included: 89% Feeder Cattle (33% Steers, 44% Heifers, 23% Bulls); 9% Slaughter Cattle (91% Cows, 9% Bulls); 3% Replacement Cattle (30% Bred Cows, 70% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 14%.
