Compared to last week, 400 lbs steers and 500 lbs heifers sold 2.00-4.00 higher, the rest of the offering sold steady to 1.00 lower. Slaughter cows and bulls sold steady to 1.00 lower; Demand uneven and supply moderate.
Supply included: 83% Feeder Cattle (35% Steers, 42% Heifers, 22% Bulls); 15% Slaughter Cattle (92% Cows, 8% Bulls); 2% Replacement Cattle (69% Bred Cows, 31% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 20%.
