Compared to last week, steer and heifer calves traded steady to 4.00 lower. A comparable package of 8 weight yearling steers traded 3.00 higher. Demand was moderate on a light supply with most weights not well tested. Receipts were lighter than expected as the area experienced near record high temperatures. Live Cattle futures traded mixed and Feeder Cattle futures traded lower as Corn Futures traded higher.
