Compared to last week, steers sold steady to 3.00 higher and heifers sold steady. Demand was moderate to very good in spots for the high quality calves under 600 lbs. Supply was moderate. Cattle futures have been mostly in the green this week and corn has stabilized from its sharply higher market last week. Slaughter cows and bulls sold steady to 2.00 higher.

Supply included: 90% Feeder Cattle (59% Steers, 40% Heifers, 1% Bulls); 9% Slaughter Cattle (91% Cows, 9% Bulls); 1% Replacement Cattle (100% Stock Cows). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 58%.
