Compared to last week, steers and heifers sold mostly steady but with spots 5.00 higher on the steers. Demand was good for a moderate supply. Another large run of slaughter cows was offered as producers thin down their herds. Slaughter cows and bulls sold 1.00-3.00 higher.

Supply included: 74% Feeder Cattle (51% Steers, 47% Heifers, 2% Bulls); 23% Slaughter Cattle (91% Cows, 9% Bulls); 3% Replacement Cattle (100% Stock Cows). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 17%.
